At Angel Pharmacy, your health and convenience are our top priorities. We understand that timely delivery of your prescriptions and compounded medications is essential to maintaining your care plan. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your medications arrive safely, securely, and on time — no matter where you live within our service areas.


1. Serviceable Areas

Angel Pharmacy currently ships prescription and non-prescription medications to patients in 29 U.S. states, including:
FL, NY, RI, WA, AL, PA, NC, AZ, IN, WI, OH, GA, DE, IL, CO, MO, CT, HI, ME, MD, WY, NM, NJ, DC, UT, MT, VT, SD, and MN.

We are constantly working to expand our licensed network — so if we aren’t serving your state yet, stay tuned! We’re coming soon.


2. Processing Time

Once your prescription is verified by our licensed pharmacist and approved by your healthcare provider:

  • Compounded prescriptions: typically ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Retail prescriptions and refills: usually ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Specialty orders or temperature-sensitive medications: may take an additional 1–2 business days for preparation and packaging.

You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information once your order is processed.


3. Shipping Methods

Angel Pharmacy uses reliable, HIPAA-compliant shipping partners to ensure that every medication is handled safely and discreetly.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free for most prescriptions and refills.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available for an additional fee.

  • Overnight Delivery – Available for select medications upon request.

  • Cold Chain / Temperature-Sensitive Shipping – Includes insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain proper storage conditions during transit.


4. Packaging & Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are packed in tamper-evident, discreet packaging without revealing medication names or health information. Prescription labels contain only information required by law and your healthcare provider’s instructions.


5. Delivery Confirmation

Every shipment comes with tracking and delivery confirmation. You can track your order using the tracking number shared via email or text.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. Angel Pharmacy is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address entries.


6. Signature Requirements

Certain medications — especially controlled substances or high-value prescriptions — may require a signature upon delivery. You’ll be notified at checkout or by our team if your medication falls under this category.


7. Delays or Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, factors such as severe weather, courier delays, or supply chain interruptions may occasionally impact transit times.
If your order is delayed or misplaced, please contact our Patient Care Team at [email protected] or call us directly. We’ll promptly assist you in resolving the issue.


8. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary for most prescriptions.

  • Expedited or Overnight Shipping: Calculated based on your location and weight of your order.

  • You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your checkout or refill request.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact our team within 48 hours of expected delivery.

  • We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and replace the shipment if applicable.

  • For stolen packages confirmed as delivered, please contact local authorities and notify us for next steps.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Angel Pharmacy does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States to states where we are licensed and authorized.
